How Are the Children?

I believe this with every fiber of my being.
Everywhere I go—no matter the place, no matter what is happening—one question rises in my spirit and refuses to be ignored:
How are the children?
Not just my children.
All children.
I have come to believe that how a society treats its children reveals its soul. When we protect them, nurture them, and truly see them, we honor God’s heart. When we fail to do so, we lose our moral center.
Soon, my journey will take me to Lilongwe, Malawi, where I will meet with friends who are asking that same sacred question together:
How are the children—really?
I’ll share more details and ways to walk alongside us soon. For now, I’m simply asking for your prayers.
Because the children are always ours.
